Man, 23, shot dead in West Baltimore

Baltimore police found a 23-year-old man shot dead Sunday afternoon on Denison Street.

A 23-year-old man died after being shot Sunday afternoon in the Walbrook area of West Baltimore.

Southwestern district detectives responded at 2:14 p.m. to the 2000 block of Denison Street, where they found the man. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

Homicide detectives are investigating and anyone with information may call 410-396-2100.

Also Sunday afternoon a 20-year-old man was shot in Northwest Baltimore, police said.

At 2:20 p.m., police responded to the 3300 block of Paton Ave. and found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was sent to the hospital for treatment, police said.
