A 41-year-old man died in a four-car crash in Harbor East Friday night, police said.
Officers were called to Fleet and President streets at about 10:30 p.m., police said. A Ford F-150 pickup truck struck another vehicle, causing a chain reaction involving two more vehicles, police said.
Police said the driver of the Ford F-150 had a medical emergency that caused him to lose consciousness.
The man was taken by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police were withholding his name until investigators notified his family.
No one else was seriously injured, police said.
