Two people are dead after the vehicle they were traveling in Tuesday night struck a light pole in Northwest Baltimore.
A man and a girl were traveling in a 2001 Ford that crashed around 9:30 p.m. in the 6700 block of Reisterstown Road, police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The girl was taken to a local hospital, where she later died. Police believe the Ford was the only vehicle involved in the crash.
The cause of the accident has not been determined, police said, and the identities and ages of the deceased were not immediately released.
