Baltimore Police said they have made an arrest in the stabbing death of Carla Harrison, 36, that took place in the 2800 block Edmondson Ave. early Saturday morning.
Michelle Johnson, 22, faces murder and various assault and weapons charges in the killing, which happened at about 1:15 a.m. during a fight in the Mosher neighborhood, police said.
Harrison's last known address was in the 3900 block of Edmondson Ave., police said.
A 30-year-old woman, who was not identified by police, was stabbed in the leg during the fight and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Nineteen-year-old Jerard Monroe was shot to death last May in the same block where the fight happened, police said, and 21-year-old Tymel Harris was charged in the killing. Police gave no motive for the shooting at the time, nor did they say what prompted this weekend's fight.
