Baltimore police say a 31-year-old man was shot and killed Friday in the Rognel Heights neighborhood in West Baltimore.
Police received a call at about 3:16 p.m. of a reported shooting on the 800 block of Kevin Road. Officers found the man with gunshot wounds when they arrived on the scene. Medics pronounced the victim dead on the scene, according to police.
The man was not immediately identified by police.
In 2016, there have been four homicides – all shootings -- within a mile radius of the incident.
