Police say the injuries are not life-threatening.

Keijah Gibson was on the bus. She said she didn’t see the crash but felt the bus shudder from the impact. She said her leg was bruised, and she saw several people being wheeled into an ambulance.

Gerald Farmer, who was also on the bus, said his neck hurt after the crash, but he was thankful it wasn’t worse.

The impact, he said, “rocked me back and forward.”
