A crash on Interstate 83 in North Baltimore shut down all of the expressway's southbound lanes for about a half hour Sunday night, the Office of Emergency Management said.
The crash, before 8 p.m., blocked traffic between W. Cold Spring Lane and W. 41st St., the OEM said.
The office announced that the lanes had been reopened at 8:32 p.m.
