Car crashes into east Baltimore home

A car struck the side of a home in east Baltimore early Wednesday, fire officials said.

At about 5 a.m., fire officials said the car struck a rowhome in the 900 block of N. Broadway and struck a gas meter. BGE crews were called to secure the gas line before the car could be removed.

The home was occupied but officials said no one was injured.
