Earlier that same afternoon, police were called a mile east to the Anchorage Marina in Canton for additional reports of a body in the water. Marina staff said it turned out to be a floating bag.

The incident occurred a day after another man’s body was recovered from the water near Pier 5 in the Inner Harbor.
