A 20-year-old Baltimore man was arrested Monday and charged with attempting to murder another young man by shooting him in the face, police said Tuesday.
According to a statement from Baltimore police, around 5:50 p.m. Jan. 25, Kevin Myers shot a 24-year-old man in the 2200 block of Pelham Ave. in the Mayfield area of northeast Baltimore.
The victim was taken to a hospital and treated for injuries that were not life threatening.
Myers has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault and handgun charges. He is being held at central booking in Baltimore, police said.
