A 29-year-old man involved in a double shooting Sept. 7 in Ashburton died at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday of gunshot wounds at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
The second victim of the shooting in the 3500 block of Dolfield Ave. in Northwest Baltimore has recovered.
Homicide police are treating the death as a homicide and continue to investigate. The victim's name has not been released.
