Southbound lanes of the Jones Falls Expressway reopened shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday, about four hours after a truck overturned near the Charles Street exit.
The wreck happened about 6 p.m. and the southbound lanes were shut down, police said.
The truck spilled materials on the expressway and crews worked to clean up the debris. It was not immediately known what the truck was hauling.
