A man who was shot Saturday on an East Baltimore Street died yesterday at a hospital, police said. The man's name was being withheld pending notification of family members.

No arrest had been made, and police did not know of a motive.

Northern District police responding to a report of shots fired in the 1800 block of E. 28th St. near Clifton Park found the victim bleeding from at least one bullet wound to the upper body, police said.

The man was taken by a city Fire Department ambulance to Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he remained in critical condition before dying Monday, police said.

Metro Crime Stoppers at 410-276-8888 is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and an indictment in the killing.
