A new drive-thru Covid PCR testing site, operated by Accu Reference Medical Lab in partnership with Baltimore City, is open Sunday through Thursday, 12:30- 5:30p.m., outside the former Baltimore City Public Safety Training Facility at 3500 W. Northern Parkway. People seeking tests must register online in advance at baltimorepcr.com. On Sunday afternoon, a line of about 250 cars stretched for more than a mile in the far right lane of W.
