'U.S. Navy Ships of War 1898 to 1991' An exhibition of paintings by Jim Griffiths of Chicago will be on view through Sunday, June 15, at the U.S. Naval Academy Museum, 118 Maryland Ave. in Annapolis. 'Colorful Expressions' An exhibit featuring paintings by Parie Willis and the sea glass jewelry of Paulette Gasparis Hardy of Blue Moon Sea Glass will be on display through June at the 333 Gallery at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis, 333 Dubois Road. Pencil art A juried exhibition of works by the Metropolitan Washington Chapter of the Colored Pencil Society of America will be on view through July 6 in the gallery at Quiet Waters Park, 600 Quiet Waters Park Road in Annapolis. A reception and awards ceremony will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 1. Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends. Closed Tuesdays.
