Maryland Therapeutic Riding
Center that offers therapeutic horseback riding lessons for children and adults with special needs seeks volunteers, 14 and older, to assist with riding lessons and are also needed through the week to help with horse care, barn and facility maintenance. Public library
Volunteers are needed at branches for cleaning and recasing books, CD and DVD collections, assembly of Story-Time projects, copying, data processing or other computer projects, and file maintenance. Also, daily morning shifts include helping with unloading and processing delivery and looking on shelves for requested items. Shifts are often flexible and may include some evenings or weekends in addition to daytime hours.
