Fall Festival
The Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer will hold its annual Fall Festival from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, at the church, 7606 Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie. There will be a bake sale, flea market, an afghan raffle and food. Flea market include spaces at $10. To reserve a space, call Arlyce Lohr at 410-674-4118. New pastor
The Rev. James Bishop Sr. has been appointed to Asbury Town Neck United Methodist Church, 429 Asbury Drive in Severna Park. For the past eight years he has served as pastor of Goshen United Methodist Church in Gaithersburg. Worship services are at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Sundays. All are welcome.
