Anne Arundel police arrest two teens in killing in Severn

Anne Arundel County police have arrested two teenagers and charged them with murdering a Baltimore man in December in the Meade Village complex in Severn.

Charged with first and second-degree murder, use of a deadly weapon, robbery and assault are Darrius Lynne Bullock, of the 300 block of South Sticker Street, Baltimore, and Tavon Rudolph Brown, 19, of no fixed address, according to Lt. James Fredericks.

The victim was Ghulam Farooq, 46, of Chesterton Road, Baltimore. Police said they were called to the 1700 block of Meade Village Circle shortly after 7 p.m. Dec. 18 and found Farooq apparently stabbed. Police believed he was making a food delivery when he was attacked and robbed.

Court records show Bullock was apprehended Friday and held without bail. A court record for Brown was not available online.
