Summer registration
Registration is under way for summer classes offered by Anne Arundel Community College at the seven senior activity centers operated by the county Department of Aging and Disabilities. AACC Consortium
Anne Arundel Community College and Frostburg State University recently signed a partnership agreement making Frostburg a new member of the AACC University Consortium of four-year partners, which was created to expand county residents' access to higher education. Information: 410-777-2433.
Scholarships at AACC
•The local chapter of the International Food Service Executives Association has donated $8,700 to its IFSEA Endowed Scholarship Fund for AACC students interested in the culinary arts and hospitality industries.
