A fire in the 100 block of Old Solomons Island Road in Lothian Tuesday night sent one firefighter to an area hospital with minor burn injuries, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.

The blaze started about 10:30 p.m. from the rear of the dwelling and moved to two alarms, authorities say.

No one else was hurt during the incident.

Investigators have not released a cause for the fire.
