The annual Mentoring Poster Contest, sponsored by the Volunteer Center for Anne Arundel County and the Anne Arundel Mentoring Roundtable, is under way. Contest is open to all school-age youth in Anne Arundel County and Annapolis who have been in a mentored relationship or who seek a mentor.

Posters should show how being mentored has helped the student be a better person.

Prizes will be awarded for the best posters in each category, elementary, middle and high schools, that express the contest's theme in the most creative and original way. Posters must be postmarked by May 21.
