College-bound students, along with their parents or guardians, can learn about financial aid, scholarships and tax credits and get help filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASA) at two free "You Can Afford College" workshops to be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at AACC at Arundel Mills, Rooms 201 and 203, in Hanover, or 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 13 at the Careers Center Building, Room 262, on the Arnold Campus at 101 College Parkway.
