Vince Leggett, an "Admiral of the Chesapeake," will discuss how the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries were used as part of the Underground Railroad in Maryland. His talk will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the O'Malley Senior Activity Center, 1275 Odenton Road. Free.
