Tickets are still available for the 30th anniversary Gala being celebrated by the South County Senior Center. At the event, being held from noon to 4 p.m. Friday at the center, 27 Stepneys Lane in Edgewater, participants will dress in semi-formal attire and listen to music by the Crabtowne Big Band.

No classes or activities will be held that day, including quilting and bridge. In addition, van transportation times will be adjusted for later arrivals and departures.

Tickets are $3 and you must be a member of the center to attend. Members should indicate transportation needs when purchasing tickets.
