Man arrested in Odenton groping incident

Anne Arundel County police have arrested a man accused of forcing his way into a Odenton woman's apartment and groping her.

Police say Kevin J. Belts, 43, of Severna Park attacked the woman about 4 a.m. Thursday as she was entering her apartment in 500 block of Branch Line Road. The victim screamed, causing Belts to flee on foot, police said.

Officers later found Belts nearby and the victim identified him as her attacker, police said.
