A man said he was pistol-whipped in Glen Burnie when two men tried to rob him around 8 p.m. Saturday night, according to an Anne Arundel County police news release.
The man told police he had been walking in the 200 block of Oak Manor Dr. when two men pulled up in a white Ford or GMC truck with chrome rims. They got out and told him they were robbing him, and then one of them hit him with a handgun and demanded money, the release said.
He told them he didn't have any, at which point the two got back in the truck and left, heading east on Oak Manor Drive.
The victim had minor injuries to his face, knee and hand, police said, but he refused medical treatment.
The first suspect is described as a lighter-skinned black man, 5-foot-3 to 5-foot-5, about 135 pounds with shoulder-length dreadlocks, in a dark hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a mask.
The second was described as a 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8, 125-pound black man in his late 20s wearing a dark sweatshirt and jeans.
