A tire warehouse in Linthicum Heights caught fire and burned for hours Monday night, fire officials said.
The Anne Arundel County Fire Department, which handled the incident, responded at about 8:30 p.m. to K&K Tires in the 800 block of Oregon Ave., where the blaze was still billowing flame and smoke hours later.
A fire department spokesman said the fire started in a shed near the back of the warehouse.
No one was injured in the fire, and the cause is under investigation, the department said.
