Halloween
A community Halloween Party will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Oct. 18-19 and Oct. 25-26 at the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer, 7606 Quarterfield Road in Glen Burnie. Fall festival
The Chesapeake Christian Center will hold its annual fall festival from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, at 206 Weston Woods Drive in Pasadena. Visitors can enjoy hayrides, games, children's activities and more. Information: 410-255-3168 or ccc-cog.org.
Blessing of pets
Owners can bring their animals for a blessing beginning at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, on the front lawn of Galilee Lutheran Church, 4652 Mountain Road in Pasadena. A short service will conclude with the individual blessing of animals. Information: 410-255-8236.
