'The Witches: A Tribute to Roald Dahl' The Children's Theatre of Annapolis presents this play about how a boy and his grandmother defeat a witch and her followers, who are holding a conference in a seaside hotel. Oyster Festival The West River Heritage Day Oyster Festival, featuring music, food, children's activities and more, will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Captain Salem Avery House Museum, 1418 E. West Shady Side Road. Featured musical performers include Tim and Savannah Finch, the Eastman String Band, Janie Meneely & Paul Di Blasi, Calico Jack, the Sour Notes and the Coastal Flats.
