Annapolis police arrest serial peeping tom

Annapolis Police charged a man this week with dozens of counts of indecent exposure, and believe he is tied to incidents dating back to last year.

Earlier this month, police said Eddie Jenkins, Jr, 20, went to the partially enclosed patio of a ground floor apartment in the first block of Bricin St., disrobed, and touched himself. Police later charged him in connection with 10 other peeping tom incidents dating back to May 2012 in the same area of Annapolis.

In May, police warned the public about the peeping tom cases, and said Jenkins would sometimes knock on the sliding glass doors of a home to get the attention of residents. He faces 33 counts of incident exposure and related charges and is being held on bond. No lawyer was listed for him in court records.
