Shots fired in Annapolis, no one struck

Someone fired shots in Annapolis early Friday morning, though police could not find anyone who had been shot.

Police went to the 1100 block of Madison St. around 2:45 a.m. after a call reporting shots had been fired. Officers found shell casings on the ground in the area, but could not find a victim.
