County Executive Laura Neuman has announced the creation of a Transportation Commission to gather citizens' opinions on transportation programs in the county.
The commission will host two meetings to gather comments on programs, specifically those involving public transit, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, roads and bridges, and program management.
The meetings will be held Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Annapolis High School, and Wednesday, Sept. 25, at Meade Middle School. Both will run 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and will have a workshop format.
