"During these trying times the message of Chanukah provides hope and encouragement" said Rabbi Nochum Light of Chabad of Anne Arundel County. "In ancient times our ancestors rededicated the Temple in Jerusalem with the Menorah. Today, we rededicate ourselves to making this world a better and brighter place."

In its outreach campaign, Chabad of Anne Arundel County and its affiliate Friends of Lubavitch of Maryland, joins thousands of Chabad centers across the globe that are staging similar public displays of the Menorah and its symbolic lights.
