Annapolis police responded to the Royal Farms on Sixth Street early Tuesday for a report of an armed robbery.
Two males with their faces covered approached a clerk outside the store and one displayed a handgun, ordered the clerk back into the business and demanded the clerk open the register, police said. They took money and fled on foot down Chesapeake Avenue.
Police did not locate the suspects.
