Police said he crashed into his neighbor, who was driving a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee, in the 600 block of Shore Road.

Jonathan Christopher Plummer, 47, was driving his Jeep home, according to police.

Both Plummer and Adensam were traveling east on Shore Road. Police said Plummer tried to turn right into his driveway when Adensam, who was riding behind, smashed into the side of the jeep.

Paramedics took Adensam to Baltimore Washington Medical Center, from which he was taken to shock trauma.

Officers determined preliminarily that Adensam was at fault for the crash. Police said he failed to yield right of way to the turning SUV. The police department’s Traffic Safety Section is investigating further.

Neither alcohol or drugs appear to have factored into the crash, police said.
