A freeze watch is in effect from late Monday until Tuesday morning across the Baltimore area, meaning sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
Tuesday is expected to be sunny, with a high near 53 and north winds between 9 and 13 miles per hour.
Tuesday night is expected to be partly cloudy, with a low around 43 and winds becoming southerly between 5 and 8 miles per hour.
