Emergency roadwork on MD 45 South at Beaver Run Lane in Baltimore County has closed one of two southbound traffic lanes and the southbound shoulder at 7:01 a.m. on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The lanes remained closed at 9:05 a.m., and DOT added that the center turn lane is being used as a bi-directional lane due to the incident.
Also in Baltimore County, a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 North prior to MD 943 (Warren Road) has closed one of three northbound traffic lanes and one of two northbound shoulders at 8:09 a.m., DOT said.
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation reported at 9:05 a.m., that westbound Argonne Street is closed between Hillen Road and Loch Raven Boulevard due to a water main break. Traffic impact in the area is light, the transportation department said.
The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 9:05 a.m. that the MARC train experiencing minor delays.
