As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, traffic was slow on the outer loop of I-695 near Liberty Road, due to an accident.
Accidents were slowing traffic on Route 543 westbound at Route 7 in Belcamp, I-895 southbound near Route 295 in Baltimore County, and Route 140 at Bollinger School Road in Frederick County.
Route 3 was closed near Route 450 in Anne Arundel County as crews clean up from an earlier accident.
Streets around the War Memorial Plaza building near Baltimore's City Hall will be closed or partially closed from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday in conjunction with the mayoral inauguration at noon.
There were no major delays on Baltimore area transit systems.
