Light traffic was reported on Baltimore roads as of 8:15 a.m.
No major accidents were impacting commutes on major roadways.
In northern Baltimore City, a water main break was blocking the right lane of southbound York Road at Stevenson Lane.
Also in the city, Greenmount Avenue was closed between East Chase and East Madison streets because of police activity. Accidents were reported at St. Paul and East Saratoga streets and at North Greene and West Mulberry streets.
