Teenager shot in the leg in Severn

An 18-year-old man was shot and wounded in the leg at a home in Severn Saturday, Anne Arundel County police reported.

Police said they responded to a call just after 10:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of Robin Court after one caller reported numerous gunshots and another reported that a man had been shot. Officers found the victim inside the residence with the leg wound, apparently caused by a bullet that penetrated the front wall of the house. Police also reported that a vehicle parked in front of the home had been damaged by multiple gunshots.
