Vannison, wearing a ski mask, entered the school property at about 2:20 p.m., police said. He approached a 16-year-old male student and struck him with a blow that grazed the boy's face. The student struck back, hit Vannison once and knocked him out. A 15-year-old female student, who witnessed the incident, then struck the boy. She was charged as a juvenile with assault last week.

Video of the 27-second fight went viral last week, after it was posted on WorldStarHipHop.com, drawing widespread attention.

The victim was acting in self-defense and has not been charged, police said.
