Five people, including a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old, were shot in Baltimore on Monday, police said. One was killed.
One man was found with multiple gunshot wounds around 12:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Abbotson St. in the Coldstream Homestead Montebello neighborhood. He was taken to a hospital, where he died.
A 30-year-old woman was found shot in the head around 2 p.m. in the 900 block of East Patapsco Avenue in the Fairfield area and was taken to a hospital.
A 39-year-old man was shot in the neck in the Harlem Park neighborhood of West Baltimore. Police found him in the hospital around 5 p.m. and concluded he had been shot in the 500 block of North Fremont Avenue.
Just a block from the earlier West Baltimore shooting, two teens were shot around 9:30 p.m. Police found a 18 year-old man with a gunshot wound to the left arm and a 16 year-old boy with a gunshot wound to the left elbow.
