A 55-year-old man is in critical but stable condition Saturday after he suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, Baltimore police said.
The shooting happened at 10:55 p.m. Friday in the 2000 block of Edmondson Avenue, according to Sgt. Anthony Smith. A motive in the shooting was unknown, Smith said.
The victim, whose name was not released by police, was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
