The Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 3 will hold an event on March 19 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 3920 Buena Vista Avenue in Baltimore, where people can learn more about what it means to be a live liver donor. Visitors can also donate blood, some of which could be used during Cassidy's surgery. The FOP hopes to dedicate the rest to police, firefighters, emergency personnel and, perhaps, returning service personnel.
