A realtor was sexually assaulted while previewing a home in Suitland, Prince George's County police said.
The woman told authorities that she was in the basement of the home in the 2300 block of Dupont Avenue on Wednesday evening when the man grabbed her and began to sexually assault her, police said. The victim fought off the man and he fled the scene, authorities said.
The man is described as 25 to 35 years old, about 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a slim build and short hair, police said.
Police are investigating and said detectives have distributed flyers about the assault.
