It’s going to be cold today with the mercury hitting a high of 28 with an overnight low of 14.  Winds will be out of the north northwest  7 to 14 mph. Gov. Larry Hogan defended his funding of education Thursday while also declaring that “our children deserve better” than the school options now available to them.
