Winds will be out of the west northwest at 10 to 20 mph. The remainder of the weekend will be sunny and dry with temperatures in the 40s. There is little chance of precipitation over the next few days.

A New Jersey carjacking suspect was arrested after he hit a police roadblock just before the Fort McHenry Tunnel on Interstate 95 south Thursday night, damaging three police cars and the allegedly stolen car he was driving, Maryland State Police said.
