: Twelve people were displaced Sunday night by a two-alarm fire at a Perry Hall apartment complex, Baltimore County fire officials said. No one was injured.

: A Towson priest has been removed from duty at the Church of the Immaculate Conception after being arrested last week on indecent exposure charges.

: Baltimore police said someone crashed a vehicle into the historic Phoenix Shot Tower near Little Italy Sunday afternoon just before 2 p.m. No injuries were reported, and no further information was immediately available.

: Gov. Martin O'Malley is to unveil today a new approach to promoting offshore wind power that he hopes the General Assembly will find easier on consumers than last year's plan.
