•The Baltimore County Department of Aging, with St. Joseph Medical Center, will offer a free presentation for older adults on tips to more healthful living at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Fleming Senior Center, 641 Main St., Turners Station. The program will provide education on exercising, eating right and other simple ways senior citizens can improve their health. •Podiatrist Dr. Jenny Nguyen will offer free foot screenings from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Thursday at Baltimore Washington Medical Center's outreach center at Arundel Mills mall. People with diabetes or questions about wounds are encouraged to participate. The outreach center is located between mall entrance No. 4 and Dave and Buster's. For information, call 410-787-4367.

Howard County General Hospital will host a cardiovascular clinic from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Lord and Taylor Court at Columbia Mall. Screenings will be offered to assess blood pressure, body mass index and total cholesterol levels, among other measurements.
