Baltimore City Cancer Program

Focuses on early detection, diagnosis, treatment and education, especially for uninsured. Funded through

Maryland's Cigarette Restitution Fund Program. Offers free breast and cervical cancer screenings Monday-Friday at UniversityCare at Edmondson Village (410-328- 2273) and UniversityCare at Waxter Center (410-396-1295).


Baltimore County Department of Health Women's Cancer Protection Program

Offers free mammograms, clinical breast exams and Pap tests for Maryland residents who are income eligible. Diagnosis and treatment services are also available through the Baltimore County Breast and Cervical Expanded Services Program and the Maryland Breast and Cervical Cancer Diagnosis & Treatment Program. 410-887-3432 or
